Dosage for Step 2:

• Detox Essentials: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of the Plan. There are 120 capsules per bottle which will last for 2 weeks.

• Vital Flora: Take 5 capsules 2 x a day. Best if taken 20-30 minutes before meals. You’ll need a total of 7 bottles to complete the plan.
