Month One Dosage:

• Undecylenic Acid: You will be taking 5 capsules 3 times a day between meals for the first 8 weeks. Each bottles contains 250 gelcaps and will last for two weeks. Multi-Element Buffered C is a proprietary blend of pH neutral non-acidic vitamin C adds calcium, magnesium, and potassium to ascorbic acid to create a buffered product that is gentle on the stomach.
