• Candida Force: You will be taking 5 capsules 3 times a day between meals for the first 8 weeks. Each bottles contains 250 gelcaps and will last for two weeks. You will need a total of 4 bottles of Candida Force for the entire plan. FAQ.  Why do I have leftover Candida Force after finishing Week 8?

• Multi-Element Buffered C: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of the Plan. There are 250 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for about 4 weeks. You will need a total of 2 bottles for the first 8 weeks of the Plan.

• Echinacea: You will take 1 capsule twice a day anytime for the entire 16 weeks.
