How to take the supplements:

Multi-Element Buffered C: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of the Plan. There are 250 vegetarian capsules per bottle.

Echinacea: Echinacea (purple coneflower) was once widely used by Native Americans and is now used by millions of consumers worldwide. This product utilizes the whole Echinacea root, which has all of its natural components in the amounts found in nature.

Echinacea Root (Echinacea purpurea) - 800 mg per capsule

Take 1 capsule twice a day

Vital Flora: You will be taking 5 capsules twice a day between meals starting on week 7 through week 16 of Dr. McCombs' Candida Plan. There are 100 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for 10 days. You will need a total of 7 bottles of Vital Flora for the entire Plan. Vital Flora is good for at least 7 months at full potency outside of the refrigerator and for at least 18 months refrigerated. Do not freeze Vital Flora.
