How to take the supplements:

Detox Essentials: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of the Plan. There are 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle.

Vital Flora: You will be taking 5 capsules twice a day between meals starting on week 7 through week 16 of Dr. McCombs' Candida Plan. There are 100 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for 10 days. You will need a total of 7 bottles of Vital Flora for the entire Plan. Vital Flora is good for at least 7 months at full potency outside of the refrigerator and for at least 18 months refrigerated. Do not freeze Vital Flora.
